Due to the custom, handmade nature of our beeswax flower candle arrangements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any products.
Each candle flower arrangement is individually crafted to order with attention to detail and quality. We stand behind our craftsmanship and take great care in creating beautiful, unique pieces for our customers.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Items Never Received: If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will initiate our investigation process with the shipping carrier, and where appropriate, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost to you.
